Fixing anything electronic these days usually means tossing it out... you sure it's the monitor? Sometimes monitor cables have fragile wiring, the least amount of bending and the signal won't go through it. If you can, try another cable... sure hope your video card isn't the problem. Thank you! I was worried that it may be because of overheating or the cables, but when I connect the cables to the TV it looks normal. I asked if it was the video card but it looks like it's just the monitor screen.
